Airbnb Co-Hosting in Bridport & West Dorset: KTM is Now Powered by HolidayHost

Jon and I have been working with holiday properties for nearly a decade now. Over that time, KTM has grown into a pretty comprehensive holiday property management service – but every so often we'd speak to an owner who we just didn't quite tick all the boxes for.

Not because they didn't need help.

Actually, quite the opposite.

They might already have a brilliant cleaner they didn't want to lose. They might live locally and enjoy looking after the property themselves. They might be perfectly happy managing the practical side but be completely fed up with dealing with Airbnb, bookings and guest messages.

They wanted somebody to help – they just didn't want somebody to take over everything.

And until now, full holiday let management wasn't necessarily the right answer for them.

So, we've added another option

And for me, this is the bit that's exciting.

It means we can be much more flexible about what you actually need help with.

If you want full holiday property management, KTM can still provide hands-on local management, including changeovers, housekeeping, property checks, maintenance coordination and the practical day-to-day things that keep a holiday property running.

But if you're happy managing those things yourself and what you really need is support with the Airbnb side of your holiday let, we can now help with that too.

HolidayHost provides specialist support with your Airbnb listing, pricing, bookings and guest communication, while we remain your local point of contact here in Dorset.

And, of course, the two can work together.

Local holiday property support, with something bigger behind us

Being local and personal has always been really important to us at KTM.

We're still Emma and Jon. We're still the family-run business that's been working with holiday homes across Dorset and Somerset since 2016. We're still the people on the ground who get to know the properties we work with – and who know the difference between a problem that can wait until Monday and one that definitely can't!

That isn't changing.

What has changed is that our hosting service can now be powered by HolidayHost, giving us their specialist team, systems and support behind the Airbnb hosting side while we bring the local knowledge and hands-on support here in Dorset.

For owners around Bridport and West Dorset, I think that's a really useful combination.

You don't necessarily have to choose between managing absolutely everything yourself or handing your whole holiday property over to a management company.

There can be something in between.

What if I already have cleaners and contractors?

Keep them!

This is actually one of the situations where this new option makes so much sense.

If you've already built a great little team around your holiday property, there's absolutely no reason that getting help with your Airbnb should mean starting again.
