Not everyone requires a full management package, so we offer basic change over services for those that just require help putting the right housekeeping team together to get your property ready for the next guests.

Managed Services
Our fully managed services are limited in number each season to ensure those clients we do work for are not just a number and we can really ensure the service provided is second to none. Please Check with us to see what availability we have currently.
We are also able to be extremely flexible on how much or how little you would like us to take on. From organisation of housekeeping, laundry and welcome hampers to general maintenance and guest liaison we have you covered.
Bookings Management
AirBnB, Booking.com, VRBO, Direct Bookings and more.
We can help you manage the day to day communications with your guests from point of enquiry to check in. We can also offer an on call phone number for your guests should they encounter a problem at the house during their stay. So no need for you to take any more late night calls.

We love nothing more than helping you make the best impression to your future guests. The perfect start is having a well designed website that's easy to navigate and shows all the information they need to be able to book. We can help redesign existing websites, build new ones or even just offer some advice on how you can improve your own. Looking to market for direct online but don't want an agency to take a percent of your booking? Our sister company Key Turner Direct market, direct to owner bookings with a low rate of 10% +VAT
Consultancy Reports
This is a flat rate service which includes a house visit, face to face consultation with the owner (or Zoom if not suitable) as well as a detailed report as follow up. Our consultation reports are currently only £150 plus travel depending on location. We can also provide an overnight report, utilising the house and its facilities to help you fully assess the needs of the guests who stay in the property.
