Full Holiday Let Management

If you’d like us to handle everything, our full management service means you don’t have to lift a finger. We’ll take care of:

Professional Airbnb co-hosting, with local support and more flexibility for owners.

Fees at a glance

Our co-hosting service is powered by HolidayHost, combining their specialist support for Airbnb listings, pricing, bookings and guest communication with KTM’s local, hands-on support across Dorset & Somerset.

For some owners, that means using HolidayHost as an Airbnb co-host while keeping the parts of their setup that already work well — such as existing cleaners, contractors or maintenance arrangements.

For others, it means using HolidayHost alongside KTM’s management services for complete wraparound support. That can include Airbnb co-hosting and guest communication together with local changeovers, housekeeping coordination, property checks, maintenance support and hands-on management on the ground.

When Key Turner manages a property, guests don’t walk into mildew in the washing machine seal, crumbs in the toaster tray, or garden furniture that looks like it’s been out all winter. They walk into a home that feels fresh, thought-through, and ready. Beds are made up with crisp linen, bathrooms are stocked without you having to think about it, and yes — the tea bags and coffee are topped up too.

We’ve learned the difference between “clean” and “guest-ready,” and it’s the small touches that set the tone for an entire stay. Add to that our regular property checks, eyes on maintenance, and trusted local contractors, and you’ve got more than a clean house — you’ve got a home that works the way it should.
