We’re Emma and Jon, the team behind Key Turner Management. Together, we’ve been looking after holiday lets across Dorset & Somerset for almost a decade. What started small has grown into a trusted family-run business — and we still run it the same way we always have: with care, attention to detail, and a sense of humour when things get hectic (because holiday properties aren’t always straightforward!).

Why we do this
We know owning a holiday let can feel overwhelming at times — keeping on top of guests, changeovers, maintenance, and everything in between. That’s where we come in. We’ve built Key Turner Management to take the stress off owners’ shoulders, so you can enjoy the benefits of your property without the day-to-day hassle.
