Meet The Team
Handyman and Housekeeper
After leaving School I was an apprentice at British Steel specializing in engineering. After 13 years I moved to Dorset where I worked as a Houseman (on site Handyman) maintaining and cleaning Private school Dorms for 12 Years. When I was made redundant I started working Self employed as a Handyman and Housekeeper. Working with Key Turner Management is enjoyable as I enjoy the relationship all the subcontractors have with each other, they share my ideals for high standards and the work I have done for the company is usually varied and challenging. When I am not working I enjoy Music (Queen), Football (Wolves) and Railways.
I have been working along side my wife Emma for 8 years and also as an independent contractor Gardening and housekeeping.
I spend a lot of my time as a house manager for a few of KTM's coastal properties and enjoy making them ready for the guests to arrive and enjoy their stay.
My interests outside of working include walks with our English Bulldog and daughter Lily.
I attended secondary school in Poland and obtained the title of Commercial Technician. I am the mother of two sons. I work as cleaner and housekeeper. I started working in 2014 for Hauser & Wirth where I am still employed. In January of 2019 I started cooperation with KTM. Emma and her team are amazing, they train us and ensure that we are maintaining high standards. There is a great atmosphere in the group, which makes it easier to perform assigned tasks. My interests are hairdressing, computer, books, music, movies.
Since working for Key Turner Management, i have really seen the best of my ability.
I really enjoy seeing end results, knowing guests/clients are happy, and lovely feedback is what makes me thrive.
In my spare time, I like spending time with family, visiting new places, taking long walks and enjoying the scenery around us.
Having worked for High Net worth individuals for many years, my standards when it comes to most things are verging on the OCD side. I created this company while working for a lady with a Fabulous Farm house who just couldn't find the right team to help her run and maintain the property to the right standards. Six years on we have a strong established presence within the holiday property industry across Somerset and Dorset. I take great pride in the work I do for our clients and will always try to go above and beyond to ensure their needs are met. When I am not managing peoples homes I like to spend time with our little girl Lily, Gardening, Reading, Drawing and watch most things Sci Fi. Occasionally I take our lazy English bulldog (Ralph) for a walk.

I like working for KTM as I love the flexibility to fit around everything else I do. I take a lot of pride in every job I do and love setting up Holiday accommodation ready for new guests.
Hey my name is Rachael,
I’ve been part of the KTM team since October 2019 and really enjoy working for the company. I have 4 children and working for KTM allows me to work around the children and is very flexible thanks to Emma. We work with a lovely group of ladies couldn’t ask for a better team.

I’m 44 years old, I grew up on a dairy farm in Wookey. Left school and became a qualified Veterinary

I like working at Key Turner Management because we all work as a team with a lovely bunch of
girlies. The hours fit in well around school runs and our shifts are really flexible. Its hard work, but it’s
fun work and I feel like I’ve had a gym workout after 4 hours of making beds and hovering!! So you
can’t go wrong!! Also Emma is really lovely to work for; she’s not paying me extra to say this by the
Hi, I’m 66, retired and have been with KTM almost since its inception. I am House Manager for the company, and really enjoy making sure that the properties are at the highest standards for our guests stay. When our guests are happy then I am too! The company is great to work for with so many friendly staff willing to go that extra mile to make sure everything is right.
When not making sure properties are 100% ready for our guests, I am trying to learn Italian, loving spending time with my lovely granddaughter, volunteering on the West Somerset Railway and doing videos of mainline steam. Who said retiring was relaxing!
