Meet The Team
Emma Turner-Parry
Managing Director
Having worked for High Net worth individuals for many years my standards when it comes to most things are verging on the OCD side. I created this company while working for a lady with a Fabulous Farm house who just couldn't find the right team to help her run and maintain the property to the right standards. Four years on we have a strong established presence within the holiday property industry across Somerset and Dorset. I take great pride in the work I do for our clients and will always try to go above and beyond to ensure their needs are met. When I am not managing peoples homes I like to Garden, Read, Draw and watch most things Sci Fi. Occasionally I take our lazy English bulldog (Ralph) for a walk.

House Supervisor
Working for KTM has been a personal journey, starting off small to managing high end large scale properties. The standards we must meet feed nicely into my passion for having things "just so", which i find very satisfying. The people are warm and friendly on all levels, it feels more like going to work with friends than a typical authoritarian based systems. Learning to manage has and is really beneficial to me personally in confidence and people skills. I enjoy the challenges and keeping it all smooth and calm throughout."
My other work consists of chainsaw carving, small scale woodland management, occasional private tree felling, as well as helping her partner thatching roofs.
I am also training to become a dog trainer as dogs are a life long passion!

I love the diversity of work and every day is different from the day before.
Working with Emma has given me an insight into just how much goes into managing a property and how really on the ball she is with everything!

In my spare time i like to read, draw and spend time with family and friends.

"In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with the family and exploring new places. I have 5 children under 10, so days out exploring are a great way for us all to get out and enjoy the countryside that surround us

Jolanta Wojtkowska
Housekeeping Manager
I attended secondary school in Poland and obtained the title of Commercial Technician. I am the mother of two sons. I work as cleaner and housekeeper. I started working in 2014 for Hauser & Wirth where I am still employed. In January of 2019 I started cooperation with KTM. Emma and her team are amazing, they train us and ensure that we are maintaining high standards. There is a great atmosphere in the group, which makes it easier to perform assigned tasks. My interests are hairdressing, computer, books, music, movies.
Nick Parry
Handyman and Housekeeper
After leaving School I was an apprentice at British Steel specializing in engineering. After 13 years I moved to Dorset where I worked as a Houseman (on site Handyman) maintaining and cleaning Private school Dorms for 12 Years. When I was made redundant I started working Self employed as a Handyman and Housekeeper. Working with Key Turner Management is enjoyable as I enjoy the relationship all the subcontractors have with each other, they share my ideals for high standards and the work I have done for the company is usually varied and challenging. When I am not working I enjoy Music (Queen), Football (Wolves) and Railways.

I’m 44 years old, I grew up on a dairy farm in Wookey. Left school and became a qualified Veterinary
Nurse for 16 years until i gave up work to start a family in 2008. I met my husband in 1999 at Young
Farmers, we married in 2006 and we have 3 children. My husband and I have our own ground works
and fencing company called Brooks Agri Ltd and I am also the treasurer of our local village hall.
I like working at Key Turner Management because we all work as a team with a lovely bunch of
girlies. The hours fit in well around school runs and our shifts are really flexible. Its hard work, but it’s
fun work and I feel like I’ve had a gym workout after 4 hours of making beds and hovering!! So you
can’t go wrong!! Also Emma is really lovely to work for; she’s not paying me extra to say this by the
way!
