We’ve looked after Chalklands for over 5 years, supporting the owners from renovation through to launch. Bookings are managed via an OTA, while we oversee all on-site contractors — ensuring smooth changeovers, reliable maintenance, and a guest-ready finish every time.
Seatown Cottages – Dorset Coast
2 - 3 Bedroom Properties
We've supported these neighbouring coastal cottages for over seven years, working with three different owners. With a flexible 50/50 arrangement, the owners enjoy their properties as private homes for part of the year, while KTM takes care of the holiday letting during the remaining months. A great example of how holiday letting can work around an owner's lifestyle.

This impressive 6-bedroom property comes with a large garden, heated indoor pool, and games room — a firm favourite with families and groups. Bookings come in both directly and via third-party OTAs, with our team handling the majority of guest enquiries and reservations.
We provide full management of the property, from guest liaison and changeovers to contractor coordination, while keeping the owners involved in key decisions. The result: a well-run holiday home with consistently high demand and happy guests.
